1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern the registration and payment process for registration fees (registration/participating fees) for the 73rd International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST 2027), organized by the Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology (INMES).

By registering and purchasing a congress registration fee on this website, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Personal Data Protection

In accordance with applicable privacy laws and the GDPR, we collect only the necessary personal data required for congress registration, issuing participation certificates, and billing purposes:

• Full name and title of the participant,

• Institution / Organization / Company details,

• Contact e-mail and telephone number

Personal data will be kept secure and used exclusively for the organization of ICoMST 2027. Data will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law or for official congress logistics (e.g., issuing official receipts/badges).

3. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data (Bank Requirement)

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in an encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.

Payment card safety is guaranteed by the credit card acquirer, NLB Komercijalna banka AD Beograd, and the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s secure payment gateway pages. At no point is payment card data available to or stored within our system.
